Joe Schmoe does not know what he is doing. The music is just a pile of random, sometimes comedic crap. Between songs he provides "words of wisdom" which usually consists of stories that do not make any sense or half a well known catch phrase. Some say he has this show because he's sleeping with the boss. Others say he has this show because he has threatened to tell the world that he has slept with the boss. We may never know. To make the whole experience a little more tolerable, you may email the songs you want to hear on the show.
